We are looking for a Country Product Lead to join our product team at TUL. Be part of one of the most promising startups in the region. In this position, you will be the eyes of the product team in your country and collaborate closely with our product/tech team in the headquarters to achieve the local needs.

Collaborate with Product Managers in the headquarters to assure that the local needs will be considered for improvements and future launches
Be the voice of the product in your region: Be responsible to understand local needs and make the go-to-market for new launches planned for the headquarter's team
Strongly collaborate with local stakeholders, even participating on business ceremonies to capture the local needs based on insights of the stakeholders
Be the main person to understand and document and advocate for the local needs of the customers in your region.
Understand the local competitors, and market, and be able to understand what could bring differentiation based on product and tech
Research for local 3d party solutions that could help to enhance the customer experience or solve business problems in your region
Be responsible to track based on data analysis the results of each product feature available in your market
Coach the stakeholders and all the business team about the good practices on the app
Be the bridge for the support team when a critical problems happen in your region
Research for local 3d party solutions that could help to enhance the customer experience or solve business problems in your region

Technical skills

Trello, Jira, or some other management tools
Basic Knowledge of BI tools (Holistics, Looker, Tableu or similar)
