We are looking for a Groceries Operations Analyst!

Provide support in terms of operational management of the business, generation of reports and analysis of operational OKRs in PE, EC and CL.

Functions:
- Understand the business, detect opportunities for operational improvement through daily data analysis and propose action plans based on evidence.
- To ensure that OKRs and SLAs are constantly met: stockouts, cancellations, order fulfillment, delivery times, defect rate, among others.
- Support for live operation.

Essential requirements:
- Indispensable to be able to work very well in a team, communicate assertively, with critical thinking, be a committed person and eager to learn.
- Passion for data, analytics and problem solving.

Desirable requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with a strong analytical and problem solving component.
- Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in SQL & Power BI (phyton desired).
- Ability to make decisions based on data.
