We are looking for a Global S&OP and Demand Planning Lead - BDS!

Job Description

Structure the Supply Chain area and the S&OP process in the Vertical Rappi BDS Latam.

Job Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Propose and implement new processes and tools for continuous improvement of the supply chain metrics
- Continuously develop and improve the sales forecast model and the Demand Planning process for the entire product catalog, improving the MAPE and BIAS in all countries
- Continuously develop and improve the replenishment tool and the parameters for all countries, increasing the availability of all products and ensuring the best inventory levels
- Manage inventory health, improving days of inventory and shrinkage
- Support category management area in managing the catalog efficiency, providing data and analysis and helping to improve the decision process
- Support local supply chain teams to achieve targets and metrics, proposing new processes and tools for demand, supply planning and inventory management
- Get insights from different KPIs of the business and propose action plans to execute with local teams

Requirements:
- Previous experience of 3 years in S&OP, Demand planning and/or Supply Planning.
- Previous experience in team leadership.
- High analytical capacity.
- Knowledge and experience with queries, SQL, dashboards, statistics.
- Advanced English.
- Great personal, communication and presentation skills-
- Strong ability of organization and project management.
- Proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.
- Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow.
